University of Manitoba

Overview

Researchers from the University of Manitoba are inviting people who have experience with hemodialysis, their caregivers, as well as hemodialysis healthcare providers from across Canada to complete this survey. They would like to hear more about the gaps and needs in the current delivery of mental healthcare for people on hemodialysis, as well as your suggestions to improve the current status quo. The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. All responses will be anonymous, meaning we will not be able to identify who has completed the survey. http://rcsurvey.radyfhs.umanitoba.ca/surveys/?s=FFXDCKRLDJ7NJANC
